Working with the Department of Health and with a client leadership group, MCSC has established a low-income housing complex for mentally ill adults. MCSC leases the property and serves as the landlord for the 5 houses on the property. All are rented to mental health customers who are low-income and would otherwise have a difficult time finding housing.
